Open your pipeline's formats

Import STL, OBJ, PLY, and USDZ files from Files or iCloud — including CAD and scan exports. Load multiple parts at once at a consistent scale.

Rotate and reposition models with intuitive gestures
Set per-model transparency to see through assemblies
Assign colors to untextured meshes for clarity

Measure at real-world scale

Place points directly on the geometry to measure distances in the model's true dimensions — quick sanity checks on clearances, envelopes, and fit.

Cross-section

Slice any model along the X, Y, or Z axis to reveal internal geometry, wall thickness, and hidden features.

Capture & mark up

Take spatial screenshots, review them in a built-in gallery, and annotate with pen, marker, and highlighter to flag issues and communicate intent.

Save and recall views

Bookmark camera positions and model states, then jump back to a critical angle or configuration instantly during a review.

Design reviews with SharePlay

Start a shared FaceTime session and inspect the same models with your team, suppliers, or clients — everyone sees the geometry in their own space.

Export models to the Reality format to share and reuse your work across the Apple ecosystem.

Overlay & deviation analysis

Best Fit alignment with a color deviation map.

Superimpose two models and align them automatically with an ICP "Best Fit" algorithm, or refine the fit by hand. Generate a color map that visualizes surface-to-surface distance in millimeters.
